Overview
Our Customized High-Quality Hydraulic Press Compression Rubber Molding Tooling (Mold) for Rubber Gaskets is engineered for precision, durability, and repeatable production of high-performance sealing components. Built for compression and transfer molding on hydraulic presses, these molds deliver consistent cavity geometry, tight sealing faces, and minimal flash for O-rings, flat gaskets, flange seals, and custom profiles used across automotive, industrial, and appliance applications. From CAD/CAE simulation and cavity balancing to hardened tooling and integrated temperature control, we provide turnkey tooling solutions optimized for long service life and stable vulcanization cycles.

Key Advantages
- Precision Cavity & Seal Faces — Mirror-polished sealing surfaces and precision cavities ensure uniform compression, low leakage, and consistent gasket geometry.
- Thermal Control & Fast Cycle Stability — Integrated cartridge heaters, thermocouple ports, and water-cooling circuits provide rapid, uniform temperature control for repeatable cure cycles.
- Durable, Long-Life Tooling — Hardened and nitrided tool steels plus optional PVD or hard chrome coatings resist wear and minimize maintenance intervals.
- Low Flash & Easy Demolding — Optimized venting, balanced cavity design, and controlled vent channels reduce flash while preserving part integrity and minimizing post-trim operations.
- Flexible Customization — Quick-change inserts, multi-cavity arrangements, and insert-overmolding capability support rapid design iterations and mixed-material assemblies.
- Production-Ready Engineering — Full DFM, mold-flow (transfer) simulation, and startup support to optimize press specifications, platen fit, and process parameters.
Surface Treatment & Finishing Options
- Mirror Polish (SPI A1) — For critical sealing faces and optical-quality cavities.
- Nitriding — Improves surface hardness and wear resistance for extended life under abrasive compounds.
- Hard Chrome Plating — Reduces adhesion and improves release for high-volume rubber runs.
- PVD Coatings (TiN/TiAlN) — Low friction and anti-adhesion performance for specialty compounds.
- Micro-Texturing — Controlled texture to aid release or replicate functional surface patterns.
Quality Assurance
Every mold is validated through a multi-stage QA protocol: incoming steel certification, dimensional verification of machined cores with CMM and 3D scanning, surface roughness and polish inspection, and hardness testing after heat treatment. Trial vulcanization runs verify cure uniformity, dimensional tolerance, compression set, and sealing performance (leak and pressure tests). All documentation — material certificates, process parameters, trial reports and maintenance guidelines — is supplied for traceability and production handover in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures.
Our Factory
Our tooling workshop is equipped with advanced manufacturing assets including 5-axis CNC centers, mirror EDM and fine wire EDM, high-precision CNC grinders, and robotic polishing stations to achieve tight geometry and superior surface finishes. We house in-house heat-treatment, nitriding, and coating lines to control lead time and quality. Molds are assembled and trialed on hydraulic press benches with programmable temperature control to validate cure cycles before shipment. Supported by ISO 9001 systems and experienced mold engineers, we deliver robust compression and transfer molding tooling engineered for repeatable gasket performance and optimized for your production press.
